Who sends these messages
SMS messages are sent by ONMS LLC, operating as OnlineNotaryMadeSimple, a real estate notary dispatch platform based in Florida. Our toll-free number is (833) 466-5299.
Who receives SMS messages
We send SMS notifications to three groups of people:
- Notaries — licensed notaries registered on our platform receive alerts for new assignment opportunities, updates, and cancellations. Opt-in occurs during the notary application process when a phone number is provided.
- Title companies & coordinators — contacts who submit notarization requests may receive order status updates. Opt-in occurs when a phone number is provided on the request form.
- Signers— individuals listed as signers on a notarization request may receive appointment reminders. Their phone number is provided by the requesting title company, which is responsible for obtaining the signer's consent.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on activity. Notaries may receive 1–5 messages per assignment. Title companies and signers typically receive 1–3 messages per order.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation that your number has been removed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from (833) 466-5299.
